The dedicated Personal Injury Department was formed in January 2001, starting with the Office Manager,
Carl Ellis. It has rapidly expanded so that in less than 18 months the department comprises of 9 fee
earners in total handling over 2000 cases.
Using dedicated Case Management software, we are able to provide a prompt and efficient service to
people injured in road traffic accidents.
The bulk of our clients have the benefit of legal expenses insurance, but we are also able to offer,
in appropriate cases, "no win no fee" agreements.
